Description

The convivial wine tasting is a tailor-made experience, in the location of your choice.
- You will learn to analyse wine using your senses of sight, smell and taste, and discover the different stages of wine tasting.
- You will identify the aromas of a wine and appreciate its qualities (and possibly its faults) using an appropriate vocabulary.
- You will acquire or expand your knowledge of typical grape varieties, the diversity of Languedoc terroirs and appellations, winemaking techniques, etc.
- You'll understand the subtleties of wine and food pairing, and look forward to choosing your bottle the next time you visit the wine merchant !
And above all, you'll enjoy an unforgettable experience with friends or family (bachelor parties, birthdays, etc.), or as part of a team-building event.

Price includes : introduction to wine tasting and pairing ; 5 wines and slates of regional products ; presentation of the wines and estates ; teaching material and tasting sheets to fill in to help you remember your experience.
We will define the profile of the wines during our first contact, then the composition of the food and wine pairing list a few days before your workshop.
Booking required : at least 8 days before the date
Participants : min. 4 - max. 20
