Description
History of a wine estate is an experience NOT TO BE MISSED, where you'll learn about the key moments in the life of the region that have helped write the history of the vineyard you're visiting.
Vitis Fabula has selected a number of wine estates that bear witness to the great history of the Narbonnais and the richness of its exceptional terroir. These estates are all committed to quality and have chosen sustainable production methods that respect the environment, most of them organically certified.
We'll take a tour of the vineyards, where you'll learn to distinguish between the different grape varieties and appellations of the region and their characteristics. We'll pass through the cellar where the winemaker will explain his work, from harvesting to maturing the wine. During the tasting, each cuvée will tell you its story, with its freshness, depth and subtlety. An authentic trip through lands of traditions !
